Your Role as Marketing and Vendor Operations Manager:
Dalal & Mehta Immigration Law Firm is seeking a Marketing & Vendor Operations Manager to manage the firm’s marketing activities, content creation, and vendor coordination. This is a hands-on execution role — you will personally create content, manage campaigns, and ensure the firm’s digital presence stays relevant, timely, and compliant. Vendors will only be engaged for paid ads, website management, and reel/video editing, and you will coordinate with them to ensure high-quality deliverables. You will also create all other marketing content not handled by a vendor.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Content Creation & Posting
- Personally create engaging content for the firm’s social media channels, website blogs, newsletters, and client updates.
- Design graphics, write captions, and schedule posts according to the marketing calendar.
- Create other content that is needed that is not handled by a vendor, including graphics, posts, blogs, and written campaigns.
- Coordinate with the CEO/Owner to align content with brand voice and business goals.

🔹 Vendor Coordination
- Work with vendors who handle paid ads on Meta/social platforms, website updates, and reel editing.
- Review, approve, and provide feedback on vendor deliverables.
- Ensure all vendor-produced content is posted promptly and aligns with firm standards.

🔹 Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Implement marketing strategies and campaigns in collaboration with the CEO/Owner.
- Stay current with the U.S. immigration climate to produce timely, relevant content.
- Adjust strategies based on analytics and engagement metrics.

🔹 Website & SEO Management
- Coordinate with the website vendor to ensure accuracy, functionality, and SEO optimization.
- Monitor analytics and recommend updates to improve lead conversion.

🔹 Social Media Management
- Plan and execute the content calendar.
- Post both in-house and vendor-produced content across multiple platforms.
- Respond to comments/messages and track engagement.

🔹 Blogs & Written Content
- Write and publish blogs that address current U.S. immigration topics, deadlines, and FAQs.
- Ensure blog content is optimized for SEO.

🔹 Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work with the PNC Team Lead to align campaigns with lead generation efforts.
- Share marketing performance data to help improve conversion rates.

🔹 Compliance & Brand Consistency
- Ensure all content complies with U.S. immigration advertising guidelines.
- Review every post for accuracy and legal appropriateness.

🔹 Reporting & Analytics
- Provide monthly performance reports to the CEO/Owner with insights and recommendations.

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in content creation and marketing coordination.
- Strong writing skills for blogs, captions, and client updates.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of SEO and social media engagement best practices.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Hands-on approach — able to create content personally and not just manage others.

Why This Role is Critical
You will directly shape how the firm presents itself online. By creating engaging, timely content and overseeing vendor output for ads, web updates, and reels, you will keep our brand active, relevant, and trusted in the fast-changing immigration space. You will be responsible for all content creation not managed by vendors.
